Additional advantages to a vertically integrated system is being able to control the loading, transporting, holding, harvesting, chilling, boning, boxing and shipping under one roof. FRESHNESS is achieved by accomplishing all of the above process steps in a 16 hour duration and FOOD SAFETY is achieved by complying with USDA, NOP and OTCO regulatory standards from Farm-To-Table.
